MON AMIE POUR LA VIE
Children’s book written by Audrey Asselin, illustrated by me, and published by Éditions Jets d’Encre in May 2023. This is my first published work.
This story gently explores the loss of a beloved pet—often a child’s first experience with grief. Through soft and sensitive storytelling, it gives space to emotions that are sometimes left unspoken, especially for children who grow up alongside animals.
The book aims to comfort, to reassure, and to help young readers understand that grief is a natural part of love. It offers a tender approach to healing, memory, and acceptance.
